Your New Role

  • Install commercial doors, frames, windows, and hardware

  • Perform structural and non-structural metal stud framing

  • Hang and finish commercial drywall

  • Install acoustical ceiling systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings

  • Measure, cut, and shape materials on-site as needed

  • Follow company safety practices and job site procedures

  • Communicate project updates, material needs, and field issues to the Foreman or Superintendent

  • Maintain an organized, professional worksite presence

  • Work on commercial job sites across the Philadelphia Tri-State Area

  • 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience

  • Experience installing commercial doors, frames, and hardware

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

  • Experience with metal stud framing, drywall installation, and acoustical ceiling systems

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Trade school or technical training is a plus

  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus

  • CPR or First Aid certification is a plus

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in active construction site conditions

  • Strong attention to detail and workmanship

  • Dependable attendance and solid teamwork skills
