Your New Role

• Lead on-site operations for commercial construction projects based out of Alvarado, Texas with travel throughout Texas and occasional out-of-state assignments

• Oversee daily field operations including commercial build-outs, renovations, and ground-up construction

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain productivity and timelines

• Enforce OSHA standards and maintain a safe job site

• Track schedules, manpower planning, and productivity goals

• Run site meetings, safety discussions, and quality control inspections

• Communicate with project managers, clients, and inspectors to keep projects aligned

• Identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects moving forward

• Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and project documentation using construction management software

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction

• Experience with commercial general contracting, tenant improvements, or ground-up construction preferred

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules

• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes

• Knowledge of job site safety standards and quality control practices

• Willingness and ability to travel for extended assignments lasting 6 or more weeks

• Valid driver’s license in accordance with company policy and applicable laws

• Experience using construction project management software and field reporting tools

• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain
