We’re seeking a Construction Project Manager to join a growing healthcare real estate development team. In this role, you’ll oversee construction projects from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage ground-up, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors
Monitor budgets, schedules, permits, and project quality
Lead project meetings and oversee change management
Provide project updates and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

5–10 years of construction or project management experience
Experience in healthcare-related construction projects
Experience with ground-up development and tenant improvements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
