Cocktail Server + TIPS

Work in our VIP area as a cocktail server.

Must have prior server experience. You will be sent home without pay if you do not have experience as a server.

This is a guest-facing role, so the best candidate will be friendly, professional, knowledge of drinks and able to process payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve

• Carry serving trays

• Ability to manage POS, handheld, Clover

•Execute all Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Set up and break down

• Maintain clean and organized service areas, including bussing and resetting tables

• Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust quickly to event changes

• Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the event

• Handle basic beverage service, including wine pouring and bottle opening

Requirements:

• Prior event service experience is required

• Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment

• Must speak fluent English and communicate clearly with guests and team members

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure
