We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Client Manager to join our team and manage a significant portfolio of corporate clients. This is your opportunity to work with a global leader, make a real impact and take your career to new heights.

 

About the Role

As a Client Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of large corporate accounts, including top ASX-listed companies and large privately owned organisations. You will deliver exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions while driving business growth and mentoring junior team members.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a dynamic portfolio of large corporate accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and strategic growth
  • Risk Management Expertise: Operate within the risk management space, engaging with clients at the C-suite level to understand their insurable risks
  • Strategic Insights: Prepare and present board papers, translating complex risk insights into actionable insurance strategies
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while effectively managing the existing portfolio. Deliver compelling pitches and presentations to secure and retain clients
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior brokers and team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing their skills
  • Professional Representation: Represent the Gallagher brand within the local business community, regionally and nationally

About You

We are looking for a driven and experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry, ideally with exposure to large corporate accounts and high-level corporate environments
  • Account Management Expertise: A strong track record in managing corporate or global client portfolios
  • Results-Driven Mindset: The ability to build and maintain a long-term pipeline for new business growth
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a professional and passionate approach
  • Proven Success: A history of delivering outstanding financial and operational results
