We are seeking an experienced Chemical Process Manager for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the Chemical Process Manager role will be responsible for daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring quality and consistency, within the anodizing department.

Chemical Process Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Prior experience in anodizing/metal finishing/electrochemical surface treatment
Experience in black oxide
NADCAP experience REQUIRED
Supervisory or team-lead experience in a manufacturing/finishing environment.
Strong understanding of coatings, bath chemistry, finishing processes, and quality control.
Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations, chemical handling, PPE, and waste/disposal regulations.
Mechanical aptitude to perform or coordinate maintenance/cleaning of equipment and tanks.
High school diploma, technical training, or previous coatings experience strongly preferred.

Chemical Process Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $70K - $80K, based on experience
