Job Description

Senior Project Manager – Manufacturing Operations

Moses Lake, WA (Onsite) | Up to 50% Travel

$80,000–$125,000 + Bonus + Relocation

  • Are you a project manager who thrives inside a manufacturing plant, not behind a desk running IT timelines?
  • Do you know how to keep engineering, production, quality, and procurement aligned so projects don’t disrupt operations?
  • If you’ve led complex projects in chemical, semiconductor, high-tech, or process manufacturing environments—this is the role you’ve been looking for.

A growing U.S. manufacturer supporting the semiconductor and advanced technology industries is hiring a senior project manager to lead high-impact operational projects in a high-purity production facility.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Run projects from planning through execution inside a live manufacturing environment
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with engineering, operations, quality, and procurement
  • Identify project risks that could impact production—and fix them before they do
  • Manage procurement of technical equipment/materials from spec to delivery
  • Build executive-level status reports and presentations
  • Align schedules, resources, budgets, and priorities across multiple projects
  • Ensure projects comply with ISO and quality system requirements

This job is for you if you have:

  • 4+ years of project management in manufacturing or production
  • Experience in chemical, semiconductor, industrial, or process manufacturing
  • Comfort working with technical data, process controls, and Six Sigma concepts
  • Experience coordinating vendors and technical procurement
  • Strong skills in MS Project, Visio, and executive reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an operational setting

Why You’ll Want This Role

  • Stable, growing mid-sized manufacturer with long-term customers
  • Strong safety and quality culture
  • Excellent benefits and bonus program
  • Relocation assistance
  • Training and education support
  • Opportunity to make a visible impact across operations and leadership

If you’re a hands-on manufacturing project leader who understands how manufacturing really works, apply now.
