Line Cook – Chef-Driven Café | Seasonal, High-Quality Ingredients
A fast-casual, chef-driven café specializing in sandwiches, grain bowls, and elevated avocado toasts is seeking a Line Cook to join the team. The menu focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully sourced ingredients with a seasonal approach, offering a more refined take on everyday café fare.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and excited to work with fresh, interesting ingredients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Line Cook Benefits & Compensation

- Rotating schedule with primarily daytime hours
- (some days 7:00am–5:00pm, other days 10:00am–8:00pm)

Line Cook Responsibilities
- Execute dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
- Work across stations including prep, line, and assembly

- Support the team during high-volume service while upholding standards
Line Cook Requirements & Qualifications
- 1+ year of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passion for cooking and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and consistency
Preferred Background
- Experience in chef-driven cafés, fast-casual, or ingredient-focused kitchens
