Minimum Requirements:
- State Pharmacy Technician license required in CA or OR.
- Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
- Sterile compounding experience required.
- Prior pharmacy technician experience in inpatient or hospital settings.
- PTCB or Pharmaceutical Technician Board certification preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required; Associate/Technical degree preferred.
- No on-call requirement.
