Position Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Solo Drivers to support a large regional retail distribution operation based in Smyrna, TN. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering consistent regional routes, reliable home time, and steady weekly pay.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: Approximately $28.50/hr

Pay Schedule: Weekly

Route & Schedule

Route Type: Regional Solo

Freight: Clothing and home goods

Touch Freight: Yes hand unloading required

Home Time: Consistent; schedule reviewed during screening

Service Area: Southeast / Midwest region

Responsibilities

Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on regional routes

Unload freight manually as required

Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and delivery records

Communicate effectively with dispatch and onsite teams

Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license

Clean driving record

Previous regional driving experience preferred

Must be comfortable with touch freight / hand unloading

Strong safety and compliance mindset
