Easton Coach Company is hiring Full-Time CDL Paratransit Bus Drivers to provide essential transportation services to community members.

We are a union location offering competitive pay, stability, and a strong benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL Paratransit Bus based on the daily driver manifest
• Pick up and drop off passengers at scheduled locations
• Provide mobility assistance and support to riders
• Ensure all passengers feel safe, secure, and comfortable
• Interact professionally with riders, families, office staff & agencies
• Deliver excellent customer service on every trip

Minimum Qualifications:

• CDL with Passenger (P) Endorsement (preferred)
• Safe, clean driving history
• 21+ years old
• Must pass a DOT Physical & Drug Test
