Pay & Benefits
- $24.00 per hour starting pay
- Pay increase after 90 days and required hours worked
- Overtime paid after 40 hours
- Home daily, Monday-Friday schedule
- Flexible start times based on driver preference (no later than 8:00 AM)
- Typical 8-hour workdays
- Dry van equipment
- Local routes only, staying within the Wilmington area
