Catering Service Supervisor - SUNY Polytechnic Institute

Alongside a manager who will help coordinate and lead operations, you?ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
• Manage the day-to-day running of the catering hospitality
• Make Catering arrangements for meetings and hospitality events
• Work as part of a team to provide a safe, hygienic, nutritious, and timely food and beverages service for clients and visitors
• Assist in the delivery of events and hospitality across the premises including set up, stewarding and take down
• Set-up and clear meeting rooms once vacated
• Serve food and beverages as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Respond to complaints and compliments
• Ensure that catering orders are made and delivered in a timely manner to meet the requirements of meetings and hearings
• Ensure that all stock levels of catering requirements are maintained

?    Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
