Case Manager / Therapist II - Maternal Fetal Med Psych (F/T Days Hybrid)

Provides therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial
functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards.

Position Details:

Education: Master's degree required in Social Work.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience preferred.
Preferred Other: Co-worker must be able to communicate orally, in writing and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Co-worker must be able to listen and to understand and explain complex situations.
