Your New Role

  • Lead and direct carpentry crews on commercial construction projects across the Philadelphia Tri-State Area

  • Oversee daily jobsite operations including scheduling, material usage, and crew assignments

  • Perform and supervise metal stud framing, drywall installation, ceilings, doors, windows, and hardware installation

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate layout and execution

  • Coordinate with superintendents and other trades to keep projects on schedule

  • Monitor jobsite safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards

  • Track labor hours, production, and progress to maintain project efficiency

  • Train, mentor, and develop crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with leadership responsibilities

  • Strong skills in metal framing, drywall, and finish carpentry

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

  • Experience installing doors, windows, hardware, and ceiling systems

  • Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and crew priorities

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Ability to travel to various job sites as needed

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments
