What You’ll Do

  • Lead commercial carpentry crews on projects throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State area

  • Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and workflow

  • Oversee metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish carpentry

  • Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, and related building components

  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

  • Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors

  • Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance

  • Track productivity and project progress

  • Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards

  • Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with supervisory or foreman responsibilities

  • Strong background in metal framing, drywall, and commercial finish carpentry

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

  • Experience with commercial door, frame, hardware, and ceiling system installation

  • Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain production schedules

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to travel between local job sites as needed

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments
