What You’ll Do
Lead commercial carpentry crews on projects throughout the Philadelphia Tri-State area
Coordinate daily field operations, manpower, and workflow
Oversee metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, and finish carpentry
Install doors, frames, hardware, windows, and related building components
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors
Monitor jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
Track productivity and project progress
Train and mentor crew members while maintaining high workmanship standards
Minimum 3 years of commercial carpentry experience with supervisory or foreman responsibilities
Strong background in metal framing, drywall, and commercial finish carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Experience with commercial door, frame, hardware, and ceiling system installation
Strong leadership, communication, and crew coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain production schedules
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to travel between local job sites as needed
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in active construction environments
