Your New Role

• Install commercial cabinetry, millwork, and casework with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Complete finish carpentry work involving doors, frames, trim, and hardware.

• Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and project documents.

• Support layout, rough carpentry, demolition, and metal stud framing as project needs require.

• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe while completing assigned work.

• Coordinate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other skilled trades.

• Travel to active commercial construction jobsites throughout Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana.

• Complete commercial carpentry for healthcare facilities and office build outs in Louisville, Kentucky.

• Bring 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry or trim carpentry.

• Have hands on experience installing cabinetry, millwork, and casework.

• Understand proper installation methods for doors, frames, and hardware.

• Have experience with metal stud framing and rough carpentry.

• Be able to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

• Drywall finishing experience is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and professional conduct on the jobsite.

• Be comfortable working independently and as part of a construction team.

• Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned jobsites.
