Cafe General Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of general manager experience in a full-service restaurant or cafe
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
  • DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certification
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong financial acumen and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to develop hourly team members
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
