Cafe General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of general manager experience in a full-service restaurant or cafe
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
- DOH Accreditation and/or ServSafe Certification
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong financial acumen and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Coaching and mentoring skills to develop hourly team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
