Cabinet Builder (Direct Hire) - 1st Shift - $20-$25

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in custom wood products, is seeking a dedicated Cabinet Builder to join their team. As a Cabinet Builder, you will be an integral part of the Direct Labor Department supporting the production of high-quality cabinetry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. This is a direct hire opportunity with full benefits. 

Job Title: Cabinet Builder
Location: Cranston, RI
Pay Range: $20-$25
Shift: 1st Shift (6am-230pm)

What's the Job?

• Read blueprints and engineer specifications to determine material requirements and dimensions
• Build cabinets and cabinet doors with precision and craftsmanship
• Trim and smooth parts using hand or power tools for a perfect fit
• Assemble materials and fasten components with nails, screws, or glue
• Install hardware and ensure all joints are snug and secure

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in cabinetry or woodworking
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in woodworking
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
