We are partnered with a well-established, full-service San Diego law firm with an excellent reputation the legal community on a search for a business litigation associate. The firm is known for delivering big-firm caliber work in a mid-sized, collegial environment — many of its attorneys came from large national and international firms and bring that same depth of expertise with a more personalized, client-focused approach.
The firm has an immediate need for a Litigation Associate with 2–8 years of business litigation experience to join their downtown San Diego office. The incoming attorney will work directly alongside partners on complex commercial disputes, handling all phases of litigation from initial strategy through resolution, including discovery management, motion practice, and trial preparation. This is opportunity provides substantive, hands-on work from day one with direct client exposure and meaningful mentorship through a strong partner-to-associate ratio.
Active California bar admission and a strong academic background are required. The ideal candidate is a sharp, self-motivated litigator who can work independently, communicate effectively, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
