Manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections to maintain strong cash flow
Process vendor invoices, accounts payable, and payment reconciliation
Support construction-related billing including progress billing and pay applications
Reconcile credit card statements, accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies
Assist with month-end and year-end close, reporting, and audit preparation
