Description $500 Sign-On Bonus Compensation starting at $24/hrRequired Credentials:
- Completed High School diploma
- Experience working with students preferred, exposure to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred
- Bilingual skills valued (Spanish preferred)
- Receptiveness to feedback and coaching, with the ability to apply guidance from supervisors to improve clinical implementation and professional performance.
- Strong communication
- Exceptional reliability, organization, and time-management skills to maintain consistent schedules and complete administrative/clinical documentation accurately and on time.
- Basic technology proficiency, including the ability to navigate electronic systems and submit clinical notes and documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, implement clinical treatment programming and behavior intervention strategies by providing classroom support, one-on-one direct intervention, and therapy services to children with autism and related disorders
- Maintain punctual, consistent, reliable schedule with students
- Produce required administrative and clinical paperwork with accuracy and timeliness
- Comply with company’s policies, procedures, timelines and budgets
- Learn, respect, and represent the Intercare history, mission, and brand
