Babysitter needed for middle school child with special needs.

We are looking for a reliable, compassionate nanny to care for our 10-year-old. He is autistic, so it is incredibly important to us that we find someone who is naturally patient, calm, and kind. We need a caregiver who is comfortable engaging with him, following a familiar routine, and providing a supportive environment.
