Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil, or Construction Management.
3–5 years of hands-on project experience in NYC construction, ideally with municipal, infrastructure, or mechanical projects.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply engineering and construction drawings with precision.
Must exhibit proficiency in basic engineering computations and analysis;
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to drive progress and build strong client and team relationships.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of plumbing, pumps, piping systems, and mechanical equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD or related drafting software.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and a commitment to workplace safety.
U.S. work authorization with the ability to contribute fully without restrictions.
