This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining strong operational standards. The Assistant General Manager will partner closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, team development, and consistent execution of company standards.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in quick service or fast casual environments
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop hourly team members
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, and food safety
  • Experience managing high-volume environments while maintaining quality and service standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain upon hire
