Location: Mineola, TX
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday with Some Saturdays Required
Hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking reliable and skilled Assemblers to build and assemble manufacturing equipment for a client in the Mineola, TX area. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience and a strong mechanical background, including wiring and basic troubleshooting.

• Assemble machines and components using blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
• Perform mechanical assembly and electrical wiring tasks
• Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain quality standards throughout the assembly process
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
• Complete assigned production goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Previous assembler experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with wiring and diagnostic experience
• Proven work history with at least 2 years of tenure at previous employer(s)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
