  • Ability to read, interpret, and edit CNC machine code as necessary
  • Strong understanding of cutting tools, including tool grades, types, and applications
  • Ability to calculate and adjust speeds and feeds based on machining conditions
  • Experience using precision inspection equipment to verify part dimensions
  • Valid driver's license required

Must Haves:

  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, dimensional, and quality issues during production
  • Edit CNC machine code at the machine as necessary
  • Select appropriate cutting tools based on material and machining requirements
  • Inspect precision components using traditional measuring tools and other inspection equipment
  • Accurately complete in-process quality, scrap, production, and ERP documentation
Advanced CNC Mill Machinist Preferred Background & Skills:
  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience or equivalent technical training and hands-on experience
  • Experience with vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, and/or multi-axis CNC mills
