We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented professional to join our high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with key stakeholders and make a real impact in the reinsurance space.

 

What You’ll Do

In this dynamic role, you’ll support our broking and placement teams, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

 

Support Placement

  • Assist with renewal planning and create marketing materials for the broking team
  • Draft and manage contractual documentation within deadlines
  • Ensure high-quality, timely action throughout the placement process
  • Prepare and manage Gallagher Excellence Model (GEM) templates and processes

Client Governance

  • Apply Gallagher Re policies and liaise with compliance teams as needed
  • Monitor sanctions and review market security information for carriers
  • Draft and manage contract documentation, including slips and endorsements

 Administration and Servicing

  • Accurately capture reinsurance contracts for claims, invoicing and reporting
  • Resolve queries from clients, insurers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with brokers to understand client needs and provide exceptional service
  • Manage contract changes and assist with special client requests

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience in reinsurance or insurance (highly regarded)
  • A client-focused mindset with excellent service delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • A team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
