Pay: $24/hr

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL 3 DAYS:

9/29: 9am-5:30pm

9/30: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

10/1: 9:00AM - 6:00 PM

Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

• Inbound calls only
• Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
• Provide education and status on previously submitted per-authorizations or per-determination requests
• Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:

• 6 months of customer service experience with the same company
• High School diploma
• Goal-driven and detail oriented
