Job Description

Temp-to-Hire | Union Benefits After Hire | $22.67/hr

We are seeking experienced Order Selectors to join a high-volume distribution center in Hanover Park. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering excellent union benefits once converted.

Qualified candidates must have experience operating: Single electric pallet jacks (EPJ) Palletizing product Order picking using pallet jacks RF scanners to accurately pick orders

You will work across three warehouse environments: Dry: Regular temperature Refrigerated: ~50F Freezer: ~10F (You will be in the freezer majority of the shift)

This position is physical, fast-paced, and requires accuracy, focus, and reliability.

Schedule

2nd Shift Start time: 3:00 PM No set end time shift ends when production is complete Some days may run until 3:004:00 AM Must be flexible with hours and overtime

PPE Requirements

Associates must bring their own warm, insulated boots Client provides freezer jacket/jumpsuit and cold-weather protective gear
